Male and Female Youth Elite Super Sprint, Junior Elite Sprint, and Senior Elite Sprint
We are bringing a Youth, Junior, and Senior Elite Triathlon event along with a USAT event to the State of Missouri for the first time ever in history! The Youth Elite Athletes will compete in a Super Sprint Distance of 375m swim, 10k bike, and a 2.5k run. The Junior and Senior Elite Athletes will compete in a Sprint Distance of 750m swim, 20k bike, and 5k run. The course is designed for spectators and athletes to be able to witness these elite competitors race to their full potential at their last event of the season!
Swim
The Swim will be a mass start beginning at Moonshine Beach going clockwise around all buoys keeping them to your right at all times. Swimmers will then exit at the beach on the opposite end they started at and will enter transition on the northernmost end of the parking lot.
Bike
The Bike will exit transition on the southernmost end of the parking lot and proceed onto MO 165-265 westbound until they reach the Showboat Branson bell parking lot to complete a full lap around the lot and then join back onto MO 165-265 eastbound until they reach the turnaround spot at the exit of the beach. The Athletes will complete TWO LAPS.
Run
The Run exits transition on the southernmost tip to merge onto MO 165-265 just as the bike course. Runners will turn right into the peninsula lookout, lap around it and come back the way they came to the turnaround at the exit of the beach. The Athletes will complete ONE LAP and continue onto the finish.

The Missouri Triathlon
Age Group
The Age Group Sprint Triathlon is open to athletes of all ages and all abilities (newcomers welcome!). Age Groupers will get the chance to race on the ONLY FAST & FLAT course in all of Southwest Missouri.
Swim

Swimmin' in Moonshine
Reviving the ever popular event "Swimmin' in Moonshine", we will be hosting this Open Water Swim to round off the weekend of events! Table Rock Lake is an incredible body of water that will offer swimmers a fun chance to get a longer swim in and race against local and regional competitors in a 750m, 1 mile, or a 3k swim.
